Spent 3 nights in a cozy room that had everything I needed, and I loved the comfortable air conditioning and daily free coffee. There’s a peaceful little garden spot to unwind in or you can enjoy the hot tub for a nice relaxation moment. The only thing I missed was a charging outlet near the bed, but no biggie! 😊

I enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Sakura Fleur Aoyama. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions or anything I needed. My room was clean and larger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Shibuya train station. However, accessing the hotel was a bit challenging due to the hilly terrain and an overpass without a flat walkway. My room, while comfortable, had a faint musty smell indicating it might be an older building. Additionally, the bathroom was quite cramped, making it difficult to move around. Despite these minor inconveniences, I felt comfortable during my stay and appreciated the complimentary water bottles offered by the staff. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of the room's ventilation and access, but overall, the experience was pleasant.

Couple's Excellent Experience
The location, just a quick 5-6 minute walk from Shibuya Station, made everything so convenient. It was like living right in the thick of it, you know? They had free coffee every morning. I mean, who doesn't love that? Just the little things.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but given the quality, it was still tolerable.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was quite small, but it was neat and offered some charming amenities. My only issue was the dim lighting, which made it challenging to get ready in the mornings.
